The proposed edition is a continuation of the series of issues of scientific catalogues "Collection of the Kyiv Treasury Chamber from the fonds of the Institute of Manuscript of the V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine", representing deed documents from the history of ownership rights to land tenure of Kyiv monasteries.The second issue presents a complex of deed documents of the 15th–17th centuries of the Mykilskyi Pustynnyi Monastery, which included 278 archeographic descriptions. The two appendices represent the descriptions of 29 and 555 monastery documents from the collection of the Kyiv Treasury Chamber, which are not in the fonds of the Institute of Manuscript of the V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine and were reproduced according to the descriptions of 1786 and 1837. The edition presents various sources of public legal acts in terms of content: privileges, charters, universals, orders, resolutions, extracts from the city, zemstvo, captura, tribunal, city court books and private legal deed sources: purchase, gift, replacement, lease, wills, which highlight the peculiarities of the legal process of obtaining and legal confirmation of the rights of the Mykilskyi Pustynnyi Monastery to the property. The scientific reference apparatus is represented by name and geographical indexes, an index of institutions, a list of abbreviations of literature and names of institutions, a list of illustrations.

The edition is intended for historians, jurists, cultural experts, as well as for a wide range of people interested in the history of Ukraine.
