The monography for the first time researches the specifics of modern legal and regulatory support of collecting and management of archival fonds based on the study of completing science-methodical and managing documentation of history of archival fonds of the Institute of Manuscripts of V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. It characterizes chief managing documents that are developed in process of their completing. Also it represents the integrated information resource - the database of “Digital work of manuscript fond”, the experience of designing it has helped with developing synthesis work for manuscript department of VNLU for fonds organisation and the state swift control.
