The operation of a radio-technical complex based on a technical condition is represented by cycles. Each cycle implies control over a limiting state in order to make timely and informed decisions on managing the operation of a radio-technical complex. That should resolve the task of assessing and monitoring the indicators of fault-free operation with the required accuracy and reliability based on operational observations and, if necessary, special tests that could minimize the cost of special tests. Given the introduction for a radio-technical complex of the repeated application of a new indicator of fault-free operation "the probability of trouble-free switching", a combined method of its evaluation and control has been developed. This method is a set of known and developed criteria, models, methods, and schemes that determines the sequence of their application for joint evaluation and control of this indicator. The criteria for verifying the uniformity of data on the operational observations and special tests for the fault-free operation of a radio-technical complex have been defined, as well as the corresponding models for assessing the one-sided lower confidence boundaries of the indicator under consideration, and the methods to control it. The devised method makes it possible to derive estimates of the probability of trouble-free switching, as well as the magnitudes of the observed risks of decisions being made with acceptable accuracy and reliability. The results of modeling the devised combined method helped obtain the accuracy and reliability of its estimates and the observed risks of controls carried out. Recommendations have been compiled for applying the method to address the challenges of joint assessment and control of the probability of trouble-free switching of the considered complexes.

This work is devoted to the creation of effective optical logic systems based on the use of light emitter of a certain color directly as a fuzzy variable - the carrier of logical information and the basis for building logical solutions by transforming light emitter with appropriate light filters. Optical processing of color information, which reflects different values of input data (considered on the example of expert evaluations), is carried out by the proposed structural construction of fuzzy logic gates (logic coloroid) and is significantly simplified, in relation to existing systems, due to the implementation on the properties of additive and subtractive color processing using fairly simple light filters. A fuzzy database was formed based on the definition of the quantum of information as the corresponding color, and the components of the optical logic system based on the additive and subtractive processing of the light emitter of the corresponding colors; the basics of the synthesis of logical inference and decision-making systems have been developed. The paper synthesizes a generalized structural diagram of an optical logic coloroid as a basis for creating a multi-level decision-making system for further application in artificial intelligence systems. Schemes of optical logic coloroids can be combined into series-parallel hierarchically organized schemes, the color of the used light filters can also, in addition to expert assessments, reflect the tactile information of sensor systems about the environment, which is necessary for the formation of appropriate logical assessments or decisions. The use of color as a carrier of logical information allows you to create fast-acting technical devices with performance based on the calculations of which the speed of light is used to form a certain array of logical solutions.

This paper is devoted to the development and research of an advanced approach to automatic control of the heat output of the boiler when compensating the load disturbances by regulating the composition of the combusted hydrocarbon fuel mixture. The proposed approach gives the opportunity to design the boiler's automatic control system (ACS) with the possibility of creating the conditions for the formation and determination of the current calorific value of the gases mixture, which corresponds to the current heat load of the boiler, as well as determining the flue gas flow and temperature in the boiler. The implementation of the developed approach of the boiler's load control allows for providing a constant nominal flue gas flow at any level of heat output. The fuel composition control process consists of mixing certified and noncertified hydrocarbon gases, which ensures maximum efficiency and compliance with environmental emission standards. The effectiveness study of the proposed approach is carried out in the development of the heat output ACS for the GM-50 boiler and conducting a computational experiment of operating at a power different from the nominal one. The obtained results fully confirm the high efficiency of the developed approach, as well as the expediency of its application for boilers of various types and capacities when operating at a power different from the nominal one.
