The monography studies the wide range of problems on developing digital librarian projects on digitization of historical cultural and scientific heritage, organisation of digital technological librarian complexes. The summarization of international experience of realisation major projects, such as digitization of polydocumented librarian fonds and organisation of digital collections. It reviews features of digital scientific libraries organisation, their search interface and access to national heritage digitization. The monography explains the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine experience in digital librarian projects implementation.
