Health care is a system of measures aimed at ensuring the preservation and development of physiological and psychological functions, optimal performance and social activity of man at the maximum biologically possible individual life expectancy. The key goal of any health care system is the availability and quality of medical care, medical services, medical care. The main goal of any country is to build an effective model of the health care system and achieve the highest level of public health with minimal resources. The purpose of developing a service to monitor the vaccination status of the population against coronavirus infection is to help users learn information about vaccination and general statistics in the country on vaccinations. This system is suitable for both qualified medical users and users who are unfamiliar with medicine but want to know more about vaccination data. The article attempts to analyze the types of services for vaccinations and their alternatives. It describes the principle of operation of the vaccination service in the form of a report made on the application platform for visualization of Microsoft Power BI Desktop.

Today, various contactless smart cards are used to protect our personal information and to perform secure and fast transactions. Many contactless smart card applications are becoming commonplace, from corporate access control cards to electronic passports and financial payment. There is a wide variety of smart cards on the market that differ in size, chasis, memory, computing power, and even the security features they provide. Although MIFARE Classic cards, which are used in many areas due to their price performance, meet certain security and functional needs, the weaknesses of these cards have made the applications and systems they are used in question. The aim of this study is to introduce a new design on MIFARE Classic contactless cards that will eliminate the basic shortcomings with minimum impact, and to perform high-security payment transactions using these cards, which do not support high-security payment transactions in their basic design. By using flexible data organization and storage scheme, their sector structure can be used for different purposes. The proposed new design includes derivation of critical card data by using cardspecific information which ensures that the keys that provide access to the sectors of card are different on all cards; protection of card information through a certificate mechanism; usage of a new data structure with mirroring and redundancy methods to ensure data integrity and provide a server-side authentication mechanism for online transactions. It is possible that the proposed new design will pave the way for the secure use of MIFARE Classic cards in new generation payment and control systems.

This article develops the principles of building an intelligent home microprocessor subsystem to control the multi-channel irrigation of houseplants. The relevance of this topic has also been substantiated. Currently, there is a small number of devices in demand with a comfortable user interface and timer, which allows to adjust the watering at any time of day. The advantages over other available analogs and the need to create a customized system have been investigated. The developed structuralschematic diagram of the irrigation control system of houseplants based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller and a diagram of the algorithm of the subsystem has been proposed and given. As a result, there has been an example of the development of a subsystem that aims to improve and simplify the care of houseplants, which will save time and water resources.

An overview of the basic principles and approaches for extracting information and processing information from web pages has been conducted. A methodology for developing a client-server system based on a tool for automation of work in Selenium web browsers based on the analyzed information about data parsing has been created. A third-party API as a user interface to simplify and speed up system development has been used. User access without downloading additional software has been enabled. Data from web pages have been received and processed. Development has been based on this methodology of its own client-server system, which is used to parse and collect the information presented on web pages. Analysis of cloud technology services for further deployment of data collection system from web pages has been carried out. Assessment and analysis of the viability of the system in an autonomous state have been deployed in the cloud service during long-term operation.

Methods for early detection of sensitive information leakage by data transmission in open (public) communication systems have been of special interest. Reliable detection of modified (stego) cover files, like digital images, requires usage of computation-intensive methods of statistical steganalysis, namely covering rich models and deep convolutional neural networks. Necessity of finetuning parameters of such methods to minimize detection accuracy for each embedding methods has made fast retrain of stegdetectors in real cases impossible. Therefore, development of low-complexity methods for detection of weak alterations of cover image parameters under limited prior information about used embedding methods has been required. For solving this task, we have proposed to use special architectures of artificial neural networks, such as denoising autoencoder. Ability of such networks to estimate parameters of original (cover) image from the noisy ones under limited prior information about introduced alterations has made them an attractive alternative to stateof-the-art solutions. The results of performance evaluation for shallow denoising autoencoders showed increasing of detection accuracy (up to 0,1 for Matthews correlation coefficient) in comparison with the state-of-the-art stegdetectors by preserving low-computation complexity of network retraining.

The information security is playing an increasingly important role nowadays. Therefore, virus can be transmitted through the information in encrypted form. This is also applied to embedded systems. In this regard, the article is assigned to the topic of cryptocurrency protection in embedded systems. The article is focused on the algorithm of symmetric block transformation "Kalyna". The algorithm has been developed in cooperation with the State Special Communications Service and leading Ukrainian scientists. The experience and results of international and open national competition of cryptographic algorithms have been taken into account. The algorithm is intended for gradual replacement of the interstate standard DSTU GOST 28147:2009. Its differences from other data encryption standards used, both in Ukraine and in the world, have been analyzed. The stability of the "Kalyna" algorithm has been also analyzed using a high-bit key (512 bits) and its speed has been compared with other cryptographic protection algorithms.

Nowadays, the development of electronics and related technologies is very fast. An extremely significant role in the life of moder society is took by information output devices, the development and modernization of which is an urgent task. Using the idea regarding wireless control of remote devices, an information board with remote control was developed. This article provides a reader with the development of universal information board which customers will be able to assemble for the dimensions that they need. The created device displays text news from websites, displays time and important messages. For the convenience of updating information and automation - the board should have WiFi with Internet connection. The information board is a great way to receive news quickly, without using other means to obtain information. The information board is designed on the CY8C624ABZI-D44 microcontroller. Also, important structural elements of this board are: buffer chip - SN74ALS244CN, LED matrix control chip - MAX7219, LED matrix - 1088AS and WiFi module - LBEE5KL1DX. The functional diagram of the module 1088AS and MAX7219 connected to PSoC 6 has been designed.

The goal of the work is to develop the software system of monitoring of a situation in the settlement. It consists of the user interface which is presented as a mobile application and the server. This paper describes the process of developing a client-server software system in stages using the latest technologies which will be relevant and easy to maintain in the future. The technologies used in the development process, the systems and modules which were integrated into the project, the main approaches to software development, as well as an explanation of why this particular stack of technologies was preferred for the implementation of this software system have been described. To make sure that developed mobile application meets common optimization requirements it has been tested for resources usage.

Abstract: Unsuitable climatic conditions, various natural disasters and instability and unpredictability of the weather significantly complicate cultivation, and sometimes make it even impossible. To ensure the best conditions for cultivation and the highest yields, farmers began to use greenhouses. However, in our hectic lives, people are constantly busy with something and there is no enough time. Long trips, business trips, vacations are also possible. It is becoming increasingly difficult to provide the necessary conditions for plants to grow on their own. That is why the Internet of Things has been so successfully integrated with agriculture that it has led to the emergence of automated or intelligent greenhouses. The article attempts to analyze the types of greenhouse monitoring and control system, their technical characteristics, principles of operation and basic requirements for these systems. According to the results of the study, the best smart greenhouses have been selected. The main functions of automated greenhouses have been described. Selection criteria have been determined and a comparative analysis of the most popular products available on the market.

A method involves saving information about user interaction with video, obtaining and storing information about which videos the user liked, determining user context, composing a profile of user preferences, composing a profile of user preferences depending on context, determining the similarity between the video profile and a profile of user preferences (with and without context consideration), determining the relevance of the video to the context, the conclusive estimation of the relevance of the video to the user's preferences based on the proposed composite relevance indicator. The developed structure of online video platform has been presented. The algorithm of its work has been considered. The structure of the online video platform database has been proposed. Features of designing the user interface of the online video platform have been considered. The issue of testing the developed online video platform has been considered.

There has been an attempt to analyze the types of recommendation dialog systems and their varieties in the paper. The principle of operation of the recommendation dialog system in the form of a chat bot made on the platform of the messenger Telegram has been considered.

Abstract - Synchronization of parallel processes of distributed information systems (DIS) has been largely determined by decisions taken at the stages of their design. Having already been in structural and functional models, when determining causeand-effect relationships for events and actions in DIS components, it becomes necessary to coordinate them. In the proposed multilevel systemic, structural and functional synchronization model, a hierarchy of such causal relationships with interlevel mappings, inheritance and encapsulation of events and actions have been formed. The model has been also based on hierarchical extended Petri nets, which make it possible to represent various aspects of a special analysis of technical diagnostics, in particular, analysis of correctness, verification, testing, for the adopted display of the asynchronous-behavioral nature of the multilevel interaction of DIS processes. Features of the synchronization model include mapping operations for crosslevel inheritance and encapsulations that synchronize events and actions, as well as end-to-end synchronized quasi-order relationships and compatibility for them. The synchronization model is also distinguished by the possibility of specializing its objects, operations and relations for the tasks of check and recognition of behavioral properties set for analysis and verification, basic in technical diagnostics, including in online and offline testing. The synchronization model has allowed one to determine the formal conditions for methods of end-to-end asynchronous coordination of events and actions of multi-level models, that represent design solutions for DIS, in particular, for technical diagnostics methods, and also to reduce the computational complexity of a special synchronization analysis due to an end-to-end decomposition approach. The dimension of the synchronization model has been estimated using the representation of Petri net graphs and special graphs of reachable states using list structures. The above estimates determine the limits of applicability of the formal synchronization model.

Abstract: This article examines the improvement of homophonic encryption using the well-known Z408 cipher as an example, and analyzes their problems to further correct the main shortcomings of this typea of encryption. In the practical part, an encryption system similar to Z408 was created and the complexity of the language analysis for this cipher was increased. The correlation dat of the number of alternative characters was used to improve the transmission of encrypted data depending on the load of the device. The more symbols and the higher the load, the fewer the number of alternative symbols will be used.

Abstract - This paper examines the main methods and principles of image formation, display of the sign language recognition algorithm using computer vision to improve communication between people with hearing and speech impairments. This algorithm allows to effectively recognize gestures and display information in the form of labels. A system that includes the main modules for implementing this algorithm has been designed. The modules include the implementation of perception, transformation and image processing, the creation of a neural network using artificial intelligence tools to train a model for predicting input gesture labels. The aim of this work is to create a full-fledged program for implementing a real-time gesture recognition algorithm using computer vision and machine learning.
