In the work is presented the concept "communication" in the form of thesis as a modern scientific category of descriptor National Frame of Qualifications, to determine the components of communicative competence of specialist as a professional, is justified the necessity to include in the curriculum disciplines "Social Communication Training". November 23, 2011 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On Approval of the National Frame of Ukraine Qualifications". Compulsory component of descriptors of all qualification levels is communication which is treated as a professional business relationship activities in order to transmit information coordination and cooperation. Communicative competence today is a structural phenomenon that has certain elements: values, motivations, attitudes, social-psychological stereotypes, knowledge, abilities, skills, analysis of the communicative situation; experience of personal responsibility for their own communicative behavior, demands his speech. Analysis of university theory and practice urges the necessity to create additional conditions to meet the urgent needs of the students to expand theoretical knowledge on various aspects of interpersonal communication and practical skills, as in the specialty curriculum even professional speakers (teachers, journalists and professionals Public Relations) no discipline, the content of which is directed to the formation of communicative competence. Given the urgency of the problem, we have concluded the author's curriculum subjects chosen by the student "Social communication training," which includes the following topics: "The structure and function of communication", "communicative competence", "communication unit", "Culture of interpersonal communication" "The emotional culture of communication", "The influence of self-identity on the effectiveness of communication", "Business Communication". The main tasks of the course: review of levels, functions, tools that make communication in the modern communicative space; definition drum communication and ways to overcome them; identify effective meaning production technologies, methods of coding and decoding of social meanings, means of broadcasting in today's social environment.
