The aim of the study was to identify pathogenic and pathogenic bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, depending on the season and weather conditions. As a result of bacteriological tests of wastewater treatment plants as an example ZYKH treatment plant for the period autumn - winter 2012 - 2013. Was withdrawn 48 wastewater samples (24 samples after biological treatment and 24 samples after chlorination). Of the total number of samples of wastewater samples 29 were positive in relative terms this amounted to <$E 60,4~symbol С~7,1>. The study of waste water after chlorination revealed the presence of the genus Enterobacter (Enterobacter sakazakii, Enterobacter sloacae). It conditionally pathogenic microflora is widely distributed in nature.
