To study the psychological state particular qualities, clinical and instrumental parameters in children with VD and hypotension influenced by complex treatment with the inclusion of the innovative psychocorrective program with elements of music therapy, isotherapy and gelotology. Materials and methods. The study included 57 patients with VD and hypotension from 12 to 17 years old, 37 received psychotherapy with the inclusion of the innovative psycho-program "Our drugs - music, laughter, creativity" in complex treatment, 20 children (control group) received basic treatment without psychological assistance. General clinical, laboratory, instrumental and psychognosis were held both in main and control groups. Results. In children with VD and hypotension using innovative psychocorrective program in the complex treatment contributed to improve clinical and instrumental data: cases with autonomic influence on heart were reduced (from 22,1 % to 5,25 %, p << 0,05), orthostatic test autonomic provision was normalized in 40,5 %, psychological state improvement was observed in 74,1 %. Conclusions. Innovative psychocorrective program with elements of music therapy, isotherapy and gelotology might be recommended as a part of complex treatment children with VD and hypotension in the hospital and in further psychological patients management.
