In the work by Zolotarev V. A. "On triangular models of systems of twice commuting operators" (Dokl. Akad. Nauk ArmSSR. - 1976. - 63, № 3. - P. 136-140 (in Russian)), a triangular model is constructed for the system of twice-commuting linear bounded completely nonself-adjoint operators {A1, A2} ([A1, A2] = 0, [<$EA sub 1 sup *>, A2] = 0) such that rank (A1)I(A2)I = 1 (2i(Ak)I = Ak - <$EA sub k sup *>, k = 1, 2) and the spectrum of each operator Ak, k = 1, 2, is concentrated at zero. This triangular model has the form of a system of operators of integration over the independent variable in <$EL sub OMEGA sup 2> where the domain <$EOMEGA~=~[0,~a]~times~[0,~b]> is a compact set in <$E{bold roman R} sup 2> bounded by the lines x = a and у = b and by a decreasing smooth curve L connecting the points (0, b) and (a, 0).
