The article defines characteristics of market research services. Investigated the conditions of the spa services. The features of the demand for spa services. Detailed investigation the functional components of the resort enterprises and features of organization of spa business. Recommended managers of intermediary organizations should be well aware of the Ukrainian and foreign markets of medical services, study the demand and choose the desired profile for the customer, based on medical resources and climatic conditions and temporal adaptation, as well as create and sell medical tours to maximize satisfy the demand the demand of different groups.
