Currently the highest degree of automation of the production process is a computer-integrated manufacturing. Each subsections automated production process to aggregate data rates and traditional manufacturing documentation is written to replace this digitalized documentation, respectively talking about without documentation contact. The gradual development of automation machinery production from conventional machines through the NC machine, CNC and DNC management, to flexible manufacturing system PVS and the current efforts of computer integrated manufacturing CIM.

RPM (rotary positioning module) is an autonomous, functionally and structurally separate module for rotary positioning axes with a fixed integration capacity, determined intelligence, capable of mechanical and management of linking with other modules to functionally higher machine systems. Structure RPM is generally based on the specific requirements imposed on the device while addressed in addition to the minimum of (engine, transmission system, a transformation system, sensors and control system) may contain: flange, clutch, input and output shaft, brake and external sensors. The analysis allows the assessment of properties developed by the RPM and based on the obtained information to modify individual parameters.

The acoustic properties of the products or characteristic sounds become important factor for customers. Aim of this article is to describe term psychoacoustics as well as more closely specify used equipment for an evaluation of acoustics parameters of products. Results of the psychoacoustic analysis show characteristics similar to human hearing and offers possibilities for objective valuation of sound quality. The most effective tool for psychoacoustic measurement and analysis is binaural measurement technique - artificial head. Artificial head have two ears that are positioned at about equal height at the two sides of the head.

The present contribution deals with the implementation of environmental management systems in small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, the EU's environmental policy is directed so as to allow future access to the market only to those companies that have an open environmental policy, i.e. that the general public are able to prove that their activities and production activities are environmentally acceptable and friends in relation to environmental protection. Therefore, even small and medium enterprises need in the field of environmental policy, to adopt a strategy of adaptation to the new conditions of voluntary environmental legislation.

The article is devoted to the description of the implementation of the basic PSD controller for DC motor. PSD controller is designed for the Arduino Mega ADK board. As a program in genvironment is used Flowcode 6, which is very suitable for teaching programmable modules for robotics. It is particularly suitable for students who still do not know any programming language.

This paper describes design of mechanical structure for swivel walker. At the start is described mechanical construction of swivel walker. Next is described motion analysis - move to forward, move to left side and right side. The first attempt to create swivel walker was an experiment for children with amputed limbs at the Univer-sity of California in 1963. Consisted from base plate, pylons and rocking plates (feet). Despite all of efforts did not yield the progress of studied object.

The paper deals with the issue of determination the concentration of solid aerosols, provides various methods and focuses in detail to determine the concentration of solid aerosols using a device that works on the principle of light scattering. The paper includes an explanation of this principle and points out its advantages and possibilities of using in practice. The paper also presents the results of experimental measurements in two classrooms with different boards. The result of the experiment is to determine the concentration of solid aerosols, results of measurements and highlight the differences in the concentration of solid aerosols in different classrooms.

The paper implied a direct correlation between saving compressed air, impact of saving energy and economic balance of the company and the resulting impact on environmental protection.

The Acoustic Camera was the first commercially viable system using beam forming to visually localize acoustic emissions. The tool is now used in a variety of industries and has a growing customer base worldwide. This article describes some field experience on the use and measurement results and procedures of the Acoustic Camera. By the use of Acoustic Camera in measurements it is possible to differentiate and localize different sources. Acoustic emission monitoring is getting increasingly important with engineering product design. An acoustic camera was recently developed as a new measuring device and constitutes a strong innovation made for localizing noise emissions.

The contribution deals with the safety and environmental requirements at water jet dividing. In the frame of experiments were verified safety properties of water jet with using of various types of cutting parameters. The tests were realised on two working tables on each with one cutting head. After evaluating of test results, we can make a conclusion that by dividing of high-press water into two cutting heads and with determining of suitable parameters, it is possible to increase the rate of working process, to make it more effective one and it is the possibility how to save financial resources for the firms in the frame of safety requirements.

This article mainly deals with the design of an electronic part of robot whoseplaying robot category MiroSot. SjF TUKE Robotics Team has the experience and achievements in this category, but for further progress is necessary improved still many details. The main detail is to improve the behavior of robots - players on the move. In particular, we consider it necessary to re-solve the stability of the movement of mobile robots in various motion situations. This article describes how we designed the electronic parts of the robot. This section will serve us in the future for data acquisition. Later, the results can we expect that we will be able to design adaptive control for mobile robots and we will able to improve movement stability of robots.

In spite of existing European and national legislation aimed at noise abatement, public interest and concern about noise are high. The EU Directive 70/157/EEC [11] for setting and controlling environmental noise is aimed at creating less noisy and more pleasant environment for European residents within "Sustainable Development in Europe". The authors are presenting a methodology for measuring selected acoustic descriptors (sound absorption coefficient and sound transmission loss) for acoustic materials, which are currently in process of development. Emphasis is put on sandwich structures of absorbers. Verification results of the proposed methodology are presented.
