Імперативи розвитку промисловості регіонів України в умовах економічної глобалізації. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису.Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.05 – розвиток продуктивних сил і регіональна економіка. Долішнього Національної академії наук України», Львів, 2024.У дисертації обгрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади вибору імперативів розвитку промисловості регіонів України в умовах економічної глобалізації та розроблено методичний базис їх практичної реалізації.Систематизовано та актуалізовано науково-концептуальні основи регіонального промислового розвитку. Розроблено авторський методологічний підхід до вибору перспективних напрямків смарт-спеціалізації промисловості регіонів. Виявлено закономірності впливу економічної глобалізації на структурні параметри переробної промисловості. Визначено ступінь імпортозалежності вітчизняних виробництв і створено аналітичну платформу для обгрунтування системи пріоритетів імпортозаміщення у промисловості регіонів України. Розроблено пропозиції до законодавства щодо нормативно-правового регулювання та раціоналізації діяльності інноваційних парків як дієвого способу підвищення рівня інноваційності промислового виробництва в регіонах України.Розроблено методичний підхід до визначення конкурентоспроможності промислового сектора економіки на мезо рівні, за допомогою якого проведено порівняльний аналіз структурних переваг промисловості регіонів України за показниками частки промисловості у випуску, ВДВ і експорті ВДВ усіх видів економічної діяльності, а також за показником частки ВДВ у випуску промисловості. Розроблено та апробовано (на рівні регіонів України і воєводств Польщі) авторську методику діагностики структурних трансформацій промислового сектора економіки у регіональному вимірі, виходячи з динаміки показників виробничо-трудової, інвестиційної та інноваційної активності, а також рентабельності діяльності суб’єктів господарювання за 10-річний період. Визначено просторову локалізацію вітчизняного машинобудування та проведено розподіл регіонів України за типами спеціалізації машинобудівних виробництв. Розроблено та апробовано авторський методологічний підхід до визначення ступеня виробничої локалізації машинобудування, який базується на розрахунку частки вітчизняної складової у кожному з базових елементів структури витрат (проміжного споживання) машинобудівних виробництв та враховує їх міжсекторальні зв’язки. Проведено структурно-динамічну оцінку економічних та екологічних аспектів формування ресурсного потенціалу вітчизняних деревообробних виробництв у регіонах України за видами ліквідної деревини (ділової і паливної). Обгрунтовано пріоритетні завдання державної промислової політики щодо підтримки розвитку легкої промисловості на основі відновлення сировинного забезпечення текстильних та інших виробництв у регіонах України. Побудовано економіко-математичні моделі оптимізації структури випуску, ВДВ і проміжного споживання переробної промисловості за критеріями підвищення рівня технологічності та зниження імпортозалежності виробництв. За допомогою методів кореляційно-регресійного аналізу обгрунтовано залежність між часткою інноваційної продукції в обсязі реалізованої промислової продукції і часткою промисловості у структурі зайнятості в економіці, а також залежність індексу середньомісячної заробітної плати штатного працівника промисловості від зростання індексу інноваційності продукції. Розроблено детерміновані економіко-математичні моделі оптимізації технологічної структури реалізованої промислової продукції та інноваційної продукції у розрізі виробництв переробної промисловості, реалізація яких дозволить досягти цільового функціоналу – бажаних значень показників соціально-економічного розвитку (рівня зайнятості і оплати праці). Dolishniy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", Lviv, 2024.The dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of choosing imperatives for the development of industry in the regions of Ukraine in the conditions of economic globalization and develops a methodological basis for their practical implementation.The scientific and conceptual foundations of regional industrial development have been systematized and updated. The author's methodological approach to the selection of promising areas of smart specialization of the industry of the regions has been developed. The regularities of the impact of economic globalization on the structural parameters of the processing industry have been revealed. The degree of import dependence of domestic production was determined and an analytical platform was created to justify the system of import substitution priorities in the industry of the regions of Ukraine. Proposals for legislation on legal regulation and rationalization of the activity of innovation parks as an effective way to increase the level of innovativeness of industrial production in the regions of Ukraine have been developed.A methodical approach to determining the competitiveness of the industrial sector of the economy at the meso level was developed, with the help of which a comparative analysis of the structural advantages of the industry of the regions of Ukraine was carried out according to the indicators of the share of industry in output, GVA and export of GVA of all types of economic activity, as well as according to the indicator of the share of GVA in the output of industry. Developed and tested (at the level of regions of Ukraine and voivodships of Poland) the author's methodology for diagnosing structural transformations of the industrial sector of the economy in the regional dimension, based on the dynamics of indicators of production and labor, investment and innovation activity, as well as the profitability of business entities over a 10-year period.The spatial localization of the domestic machine-building industry was determined and the regions of Ukraine were divided according to the types of specialization of machine-building industries. The author's methodological approach to determining the degree of production localization of machine-building has been developed and tested, which is based on the calculation of the share of the domestic component in each of the basic elements of the cost structure (intermediate consumption) of machine-building industries and takes into account their intersectoral connections. A structural and dynamic assessment of the economic and ecological aspects of the formation of the resource potential of domestic woodworking industries in the regions of Ukraine by types of liquid wood (business and fuel) was carried out. The priority tasks of the state industrial policy to support the development of light industry based on the restoration of raw materials for textile and other industries in the regions of Ukraine are justified.Economic-mathematical models of optimization of the output structure, GVA and intermediate consumption of the processing industry were built according to the criteria of increasing the level of manufacturability and reducing the import dependence of production. With the help of correlation-regression analysis methods, the dependence between the share of innovative products in the volume of sold industrial products and the share of industry in the structure of employment in the economy, as well as the dependence of the index of the average monthly wage of a full-time industrial worker on the growth of the index of product innovation, is substantiated. Deterministic economic-mathematical models for optimizing the technological structure of realized industrial products and innovative products have been developed in the context of production of the processing industry, the implementation of which will allow to achieve the target functionality - the desired values of indicators of socio-economic development (level of employment and wages).Key words: industry, regions, economic globalization, processing production, import dependence, innovations, gross added value, mechanical engineering, raw material potential, structure, efficiency, optimization.
