An ecological component of each socio-economic block, as well as megalopolis, included in its structure, - the city of Odessa, are characterized by the inconsistent tendencies. It aggravates the crisis phenomena in the region ecological situation and requires acceptance of urgent measures on such priority positions, as the cleanliness of atmosphere, problem of drinking and sea water, dangerous wastes.
