Розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні засади нової модифікації імпульсного нейтрон-нейтронного каротажу (ІННК) - темпоральне зондування. Дану модифікацію ІННК реалізовано в комп'ютерній технології "Геопошук". Наведено приклади кількісної інтерпретації даних ІННК за матеріалами Ярошівської площі (ДДЗ).

Рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы новой модификации импульсного нейтрон-нейтронного каротажа - темпоральное зондирование. Данная модификация ИННК реализована в компьютерной технологии "Геопоиск". Приведены примеры количественной интерпретации данных ИННК по материлам Ярошевской площади (ДДВ).

In the paper it is considering the theoretical and methodical basement of the new modification of the impulse neutron-neutron logging - the temporal sounding. This technologies is realized in the computer system "Geoposhuk". The examples of the quantitative interpretation of the impulse neutron-neutron logging (Yaroshivska area, Dniper-Donetzk depression) are given.

The paper is the tenth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the tenth paper the problem of using the Principle of Simplicity in geosciences and formation of the new disciple "geosimplics". The concept of "the simple and beautiful absolute planetary time-scale" as a main tool of understanding the geologic history is discussed.

The paper is the ninth one is the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the ninth paper the fundamental problem of geocategorology is discussed: is the geologic time continual or discrete? This problem is connected with other very important problem: it can be proposed an natural (non-conventional, non-formal, non-artificial) geochronological and geostratigraphical classification? Such a united hierarchical system of natural geochronological classification of the Phanerozoic history up to units that are 343 thousand long is build. The application of the proposed natural classification in research work do change radically geology as a science. On the base of the natural geochronological classification the geodynamical methods of superprecise evaluation of absolute age of sediments are developed.

The main topic of the fifth paper is the role of geoinformatics in the intellectual movement that was called "Vernadskian revolution". To solve the problem a new conceptual picture of the Universe and a new strategy of cognition are proposed. All that permits to reequip radically the geosciences and to speak about "new geology". A new conception of geologic time scale is considered. The detail symmetric model of phanerozoic history of the Earth is examined. The possibilities of the "Lyell's reverse principle of actuallism" are demonstrated.

The concept of "the simple and beautiful" absolute planetary time-scale as a main tool of understanding the geologic history is examined. It is shown that geochronological taxonomy of Quaternary corresponds with the "timefinch equation". The scheme for the "periodic low" of the biosphere evolution is given. The causal model of mass extinctions, in particular, a model of Late Devonian Fransian-Famenian extinction, is proposed. A solution of the "problem of Mississippian dissymmetry" is considered.

In the sixteenth paper in connection of working out to the 33rd geologic congress the next in turn tame table "GTS-2008" the new approaches to the methodology of the planetary geochronological time scale elaboration are discussed. Instead of creation of "a time scale" the program of working out "the geochronological calendar" is proposed. A formal syntax of such a calendar is given. Also on the base of galactic geology and astrogeology conceptions the causal model of magnetic superchrons and the hypothesis of the cyclochrons are put forward.

In the fourteenth paper the information processes in the consciousness are analyzed. The three styles of thinking that are corresponds to three epochs of great culture explosions (epochs of "the pandemia of wisdom") are discussed. These three epochs are: an epoch of culture explosion at the boundary of the fourth and third millennia BC before the appearance of written language; the Antiquity; the present. A special attention to the style of thinking of the "centaurs of informatics" (a man + computer symbiosis) is given. A new mathematical theory of syllogistic conclusions is proposed.

The paper is the thirteenth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the thirteenth paper the tasks that have been raised before world geological community at the 32-th international congress is discussed, in particular the role that must play geoinformatics in the program of the Year of the Planet Earth proclaimed by IUGS. According to opinion of the authors this role is very significant, because geology is to day a leader in natural sciences that must work out the new, "post-Einsteinian" megaparadigm, and geoinformatics is the coordinating center of such an activity. The features of new megaparadigm are analyzing in detail.

The paper is the nineteenth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the nineteenth paper the detailed analysis of geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is continued from the position of the geochronometric calendar that is proposed for all the geologic history. The base of such a calendar is the "Belousov's current of geologic (geotectonic) eras". Three eras can be amalgamated into megacycle "threeon" that is also basic unite (taxon) of the geochronological calendar. It is shown that both calendar taxons, geotectonic era and threeon, are produced by galactic megacycles and have a natural character. It is shown also that the boundaries of these basic calendar units are reflected with great clearness on 87Sr/86Sr-curve of the Phanerozoic geologic history. So the fundament of new scientific disciple - strontium isotopic geochronology - is laid. The problem of the Wilson cycle is also considered. An attempt to reconcile two contrary opinions - "fixists" and "mobilists" - is made.

In the eighteenth paper the detailed analysis of geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is continued. For such an analysis the geochronological calendar for all the geologic history is proposed. As a base of this calendar three interdependent galactic chronometric processes are put up: a) the oscillation of the Sun system perpendicularly to the plane of the Sun orbit (period of this oscillation is equal to 88 million years); b) the anomalistic galactic year, that is equal to 176 million years; c) periodic activity of the Hestia (nucleus of Galaxy), its period equal to 528 million years. This calendar, as authors cherish hopes, is worked out "once and all". In this paper the boundaries of neoproterozoic era were analysed. It was shown on the base of proposed calendar that all these boundaries can be correlated with the moments of crossing the galactic plate by the Earth. The galactic temporal models of iron deposits formation and two-stage glaciations in cryogenian and ediacaran periods are given. It is also proposed a galactic cause model for "the M. A. Semikhatov's biocatastrophe" (near 950 million years ago).

In the twenty first paper it sums up the five years investigations what is the geoinformatics as a scientific discipline. There are two interconnected approaches: geoinformatics is a science about geoinformational technologies and this discipline is an integrative force among geosciences. The second approach is considered in details. It is proposed for geoinformatics the program ("the megaprogram") that includes seven positions: to discover a new cognition channel (by deciphering of "the stone chronicle of the Earth crust"); to construct one the base of such a deciphering a new pattern of the Universe ("a new picture of the Worldedifice"); to work out a new methodology of getting scientific discoveries and so on. Examples of a successful fulfillment of the proposed megaprogram are given.

The given paper is the twenty second one in a series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - the subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods of solving its specific tasks and so on. In their twenty second article the authors are scrutinizing the following problem: what significant scientific achievements can geoinformatics report about on the "Day of Planet Earth". In the paper a new scheme of the history of the mankind culture is offered. According to this scheme we have two main epochs of the outer world cognition: 1) epoch of cognition, based on physical experiments that are short in time and do not permit to get true knowledge about cyclic processes whose periods are equal to millions and billions of years; in this epoch only approximate information about the Universe as a whole can be obtained. 2) epoch of deciphering "the stone chronicle" of the Earth crust. The main task of geoinfopmatics is such a deciphering. This task is successfully being solved. The acme of this titanic work is the construction of the mathematical model of the "Plato's paradigm idea", this in its way is "The Constitution of the Worldedifice". This Constitution predetermines, in particular, the geological history and it is the basement for producing scientific discoveries by a "conveyor method".

The paper is the twentieth one in the series of publications, that are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - subject of scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods to solve its specific tasks and so on. In the twentieth paper the detailed critical analysis of the Phanerozoic geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is given. An qualification attestation of these boundaries was made from the position of correspondence with demands of ethonics megaconception, i. e. demands of the Law of World Harmony. It was proposed to "award" by "diamond spikes" those geochronological boundaries that answer such requirements. It was shown that great part of the "GTS-2004" boundaries (but not all) merits such an award. A new biologic low is proposed - the low of discrete biological development as an alternative of the Kovalevsky's law of the continual development. On the base of James Ogg's work it is shown that change of ammonite biozones of tithonian age is strictly periodical and period of this cyclicity is equal to the a priory known cosmic ("golden") rhythm 343,75 thousand years, so in this case an phenomenon of a "palisade" of "diamond spikes" takes place.

In the seventeenth paper the detailed analysis of geochronological boundaries of the international time scale "GTS-2004" is began. For such an analysis a formal syntax of the calendar geochronological boundaries, based on galactic chronometric processes, is worked out. One of the most important galactic processes that can be used as chronometer is the oscillation of the Sun system perpendicularly to the plane of the Sun orbit (half-period of such an oscillation is equal to 44 million years). A some low of the empiric time scales evolution is postulated: the empiric geochronological boundaries aim unswervingly at syntactic boundaries as at their asimptotic ideals. As a concrete result of such a galactic processes is strictly periodical formation of iron ore deposits in Archean and Proterozoic.

The paper is the twenty third in a series of publications which are dedicated to fundamental problems of geoinformatics - the subject of the scientific research, main aims of the new science, methods of solving its specific tasks and so on. In this paper the problem of transforming the historical geology from a descriptive science into a deductive science - "galacto-geological historiography" is discussed. This transformation is made on the basis of a series of new scientific discoveries - chronometric galactical megacycles, in particular, the anomalistic galactical year and the galactical season. In this connection a profound philosophical analysis of the "universal time" and "geologic time" concepts is executed. An idea to create a special Committee on "galacto-geological historiography" is proposed to the International Union of Geological Sciences (IUGS).
