The Josephson effect is a privileged access to the macroscopic quantum nature of superconductors. We review some ideas and experimental techniques on macroscopic quantum decay phenomena occurring in Josephson structures. The attention is mainly addressed to intermediate levels of dissipation which characterize a large majority of low critical current Josephson devices and are therefore an avoidable consequence of nanotechnology applied more and more to Josephson devices. Phase diffusion phenomena take over thermal activation in some temperature langes also affecting the transition to macroscopic quantum tunneling, enriching the phase diagram mostly defined by the Josephson energy, the temperature and the level of dissipation.

Виміряно непружне розсіяння рентгенівських променів високої роздільної здатності для надкритичних металічних плинів за високих температур і високих тисків із використанням синхротронної радіації на SPring-8 у Японії. Розроблено комірку високого тиску для вимірювання непружного розсіяння рентгенівських променів, що дозволяє нагнітати тиск за допомогою гелієвого газу до 196 МПа, та проінстальовано апарат газу високого тиску в екпериментальний бункер. Проведено експерименти з непружного розсіяння рентгенівських променів для надкритичної рідкої ртуті, щоб дослідити атомну динаміку у випадку переходу метал - неметал біля критичної точки рідина-газ. Також апарат використано для дослідження атомної динаміки у випадку переходу напівпровідник - метал у надкритичному плині селену. Описано експериментальну методологію за високої температури та високого тиску, та наведено недавні результати з використанням цієї методики.

Наявність маркерних хромосом в каріотипі людини завжди вимагає особливого діагностичного підходу. Визначення типу і структури маркерної хромосоми має велике діагностичне та прогностичне значення. Існує кілька методів ідентифікації маркерних хромосом, але різні методи мають різний рівень інформативності. Наведено результати цитогенетичної та FISH діагностики випадків із надчисельними маркерними хромосомами в каріотипі пацієнтів. Мета роботи - аналіз результатів цитогенетичних і молекулярно-цитогенетичних досліджень каріотипів пацієнтів з маркерними хромосомами, а також оцінка і порівняння ефективності використаних методів. Каріотипування було виконано відповідно до стандартних методів. Було використано GTG, CBG, QFQ і NOR-Ag методи диференціального фарбування. FISH було виконано відповідно до інструкцій виробника для CEP, LSI та WCP ДНК-проб. Маркерну хромосому було виявлено у 15-ти з 7989-ти пацієнтів. Застосування стандартних методів фарбування було ефективним у 66,6 % випадків. Поєднання диференціального фарбування та FISH надало змогу ідентифікувати маркерні хромосоми у 83,3 %. 90 % всіх маркерних хромосом було визначено як ізохромосоми і 60 % з них були похідними від хромосоми 15. Висновки: використання WCP ДНК-проб є основним етапом ідентифікації маркерних хромосом з наступним застосуванням CEP та LSI ДНК-проб. Якщо маркерна хромосома має неспецифічні послідовності ДНК, то у таких випадках мають бути застосовані більш чутливі методи.

Purpose. To determine globalization threats to the economic sovereignty of transition economy countries based on the analysis and systematization of patterns in dynamics of subindices of the KOF Globalization Index. Methodology. The methods of analysis and synthesis are used to systematize data on the structure and dynamics of the KOF Globalization Index. The method of correlation-regression analysis is used to assess statistical significance of the relation between the KOF Globalization subindices and economic development indicators of the countries of the statistical sample. Findings. It is shown that wide rating opportunities to assess the level of the country's involvement in the world economic processes are created by index rating systems, one of which is the KOF Globalization Index. The dynamics and structure of de jure and de facto KOF Globalization Index are analyzed. A statistical sampling of the countries has been formed according to the criterion of the level of economic development; the value of the subindices of political and economic globalization of the KOF within the period of 2003 - 2017 has been analyzed. It is shown that for all groups of countries in the statistical sampling, the hypothesis of no direct statistically significant relationship between the value of the sub-index of economic globalization KOF and indicators of their economic development can be accepted. At the same time, a direct, mostly strong and statistically significant correlation between the values of the KOF subindex of political globalization and economic development indicators has been confirmed, which proves the importance of choosing a rational vector of foreign policy integration to provide economic development. Originality. Confirmation of the hypothesis of no direct correlation between the level of state involvement in the world economy and the level of its economic development shows the transformation of the idea of openness of the national economy as a prerequisite for its successful development. On the contrary, it allows considering globalization as a source of additional globalization risks for the economic sovereignty of countries with weak economies. Practical value. The obtained results create a basis to develop approaches for assessing vulnerability of the economic sovereignty of countries, which will take into account the determinants of economic globalization and specify the ways to minimize their destructive impact on national economic systems in neo-protectionism.

Purpose. To design a Methodical Approach to assessing the level of economic security of Ukraine under the destructive influence of exogenous determinants and verification of the results of its application. Methodology. The methods of analysis and synthesis are used to substantiate the functional components and aspects of ensuring the economic security of the state and to develop a system of indicators for their assessment. The index method is used in developing an integral indicator of the level of economic security of the state. Findings. It is proved that for transitive economies the impact on economic security of geopolitical and geo-economics threats of an exogenous nature, which are significantly strengthened in the conditions of globalization, is decisive. The necessity is substantiated to develop a methodology for assessing the economic security of Ukraine in the direction of developing Methodical approaches that allow providing a thorough assessment of the actual determinants of economic security, which primarily include the impact of globalization processes and the escalation of military-political threats. A Methodical Approach to the determination of indicators of economic security of the state is proposed, which is based on the separation of functional components and aspects of provision in the structure of economic security of the state. A system of indicators for evaluating elements of economic security is developed, taking into account the relationship between the values and dynamics of indicators with the influence of exogenous determinants. A toolkit for assessing the level of economic security of the state is proposed, which provides for the calculation of the integral indicator of the level of economic security based on the generalization of the values of indicators of the state of its functional components and aspects of provision. The integral indicator of the level of economic security of Ukraine was calculated during 2006 - 2020. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the integral indicator of the level of Ukraine's economic security and its component indicators, key regularities in their absolute and relative transformations are revealed. Originality. A Methodical Approach to assessing the level of economic security of Ukraine in terms of destructive influence of exogenous determinants is proposed basing on the calculation of an integral indicator, which allows formulating conclusions regarding the state and trends of the transformation of economic security of Ukraine. Practical value. The obtained results create the basis for determining the priorities of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine, which should be both overcoming the destructive influence on the economic development of exogenous determinants, and using the opportunities created in the internal and external environment of the country to prevent threats to the economic security of the state.
