У дисертації досліджено актуальні питання паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств. Проведено аналіз поняття «майновий пай», ознаки майнового паю, паювання майна, ознаки паювання майна, принципів паювання майна, функції паювання майна, генезису законодавства у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні. Досліджено особливості правовідносин у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні. Проаналізовано питання судових спорів щодо майнових паїв колективного сільськогосподарського підприємства, проведено класифікацію судових спорів щодо майнових паїв колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств, визначено відповідальність за порушення законодавства у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств.^UIn this thesis we analyze the topical issues of the carve-up of assets of collective agricultural enterprises. Analyzed and defined the concept of property share, property unit signs, the notion of the carve-up of property, signs the carve-up of property, the principles of the carve-up of property functions division of property, the Genesis of the legislation in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, the issue of court disputes over property shares to collective agricultural enterprise.
