Дисертацію присвячено вирішенню важливої економічної проблеми – обґрунтування теоретико-методичних основ, методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій з управління екопроектами підприємств із переробки пластика в умовах трансформації від лінійної до циркулярної моделі економіки.У роботі репрезентовано змістовну складову понять «управління екопроектами підприємств», «організаційно-економічне забезпечення управління екопроектами підприємств», що дозволило за мерологічним підходом поглибити змістовне тлумачення даних понять. Окреслено наукові підходи щодо формування організаційно-економічного забезпечення управління екопроектами підприємств. Розглянуто видову систематизацію існуючих методик оцінювання ефективності управління екопроектами підприємств. Здійснено діагностику ресурсозабезпечення успішної реалізації екопроектів підприємства з переробки пластику. Проаналізовано механізм тарифного регулювання надання послуг із вивезення, зберігання, сортування, переробки, утилізації та захоронення твердих побутових відходів (в т. ч. відходів пластику). За принципом аналізу перебігу гомеостазу ресурсозабезпечення підприємств із переробки відходів пластику та подальшого синтезу їхніх латентних предикторів «пластикової війни» визначено вектори їх повноцінного забезпечення ресурсами (відходами пластику) на середньо- та довгострокових часових горизонтах.Модифіковано за номотетичним підходом механізм екологічного оподаткування підприємств з рециклінгу відходів пластику за умов адаптації архітектури фіскальної системи до принципів циркулярності економіки. Сформовано підходи до цілепокладання в умовах зародження циркулярної моделі економіки як механізму страхування відповідальності підприємств за екопроектами з переробки відходів пластику за заподіяну шкоду навколишньому середовищу під час / чи за результатами їх реалізації. Розроблено концепцію діджиталізації циркулярних закупівель за реверсивної логістики управління потоками відходів пластику, запровадження якої на практиці дозволить забезпечити розвиток бізнесу з переробки відходів, а також поліпшення стану довкілля.^UThe thesis is devoted to solution of important economic problems – the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, laid the methodological and practical recommendations on the management of projects of the enterprises for processing plastic material in the conditions of transformation from a linear to a circular economy model.The paper reveals substantial component of the concepts of "circular economy", "management of projects of enterprises", "organizational and economic support of ecological management of enterprises", which allowed in accordance with serologicescom approach to deepen the meaningful interpretation of these concepts. Considered scientific approaches to formation of organizational-economic management projects of enterprises, which contributed to the improvement according to the holistic approach model of organizational-economic management projects of the enterprises for processing plastic waste that is isomorphic to an existing one, which in the conditions of transformation from a linear to a circular model of the economy assumes the change of the principle provisions of tion in the basis of its construction of the "polluter pays principle" to the principle of "the polluter invests" that is the key to balancing the influence / interests of stakeholders in the creation of eco-cities. Considered species systematization of existing techniques of an estimation of efficiency of management the projects of enterprises, which is based on its lateral intelligent lenii supplemented by the technique of an estimation of profitability of projects on bagalore-arterial model that allows to clearly identify the level of coverage of actual costs for rendering services in transportation, storage, sorting, processing, utilization and disposal of the waste plastic by means of the local budget in case of exceeding the tariff threshold.The diagnostics of resourcing the successful implementation of projects of the enterprises for processing plastic. According to the principle of the analysis of the course of homeostasis resourcing of the enterprises for processing plastic waste and subsequent synthesis of their latent predictors "plastic war" defined by the vectors of their valuable resources (waste plastic) on medium- and long-term time horizons. Analyzed tariff policy to provide services for the removal, storage, sorting, processing, utilization and disposal of solid waste (including plastic waste). Determined by the scenario approach economic-environmental efficiency of the ecological management of the enterprises for processing plastic.Modified nomothetical approach the mechanism of environmental taxation of enterprises for recycling waste plastic in terms of adapting the architecture of the fiscal system to the principles of circularity economy. Formed manual modification of the mechanism of insurance of responsibility of the enterprises for eco-projects on processing of plastic for the harm caused to the environment during or as a result of their implementation. Developed the concept of digitization of circular procurement with reversible logistics of waste stream management of plastic creation, the introduction of which will in practice allow the development of waste processing business, as well as improve the environment.
