Об'єкт дослідження: інтракомунікації в організації. Предмет дослідження: роль інтракомунікацій у сучасних організаціях. Мета: визначити роль інтракомунікацій у функціонуванні сучасної організації. Методи дослідження: ретроспективний аналіз, компаративний аналіз, системний аналіз, синтез, моделювання, анкетування, інтерв'ю, контент-аналіз, кейс-стаді, кореляційний аналіз. Теоретичні та практичні результати: концептуальне обґрунтування феномену інтракомунікації та системи інтракомунікації у сучасних організаціях крізь призму ідентифікаційних чинників; запровадження авторської «кубічної моделі інтракомунікації» «УПКОІН»; розкриття потенціалу традиційних та інноваційних технологічних аспектів інтракомунікаційного процесу в сучасних організаціях; введення позиції «контент–завдань», як унікальних ідентифікаторів приналежності виконання функцій системи інтракомунікацій; позначення базових перешкод інтракомунікації та механізмів їх подолання. Purpose: to determine the role of intracommunications in the functioning of a modern organization. Research methods: retrospective analysis, comparative analysis, systems analysis, synthesis, modeling, questionnaires, interviews, content analysis, case studies, correlation analysis. Theoretical and practical results: conceptual substantiation of the phenomenon of intracommunication and intracommunication system in modern organizations through the prism of identification factors; introduction of the author's "cubic model of intracommunication" "UPKOIN"; revealing the potential of traditional and innovative technological aspects of the intracommunication process in modern organizations; introduction of the position of "content tasks" as unique identifiers of belonging to the functions of the intracommunications system; marking the basic barriers to intracommunication and mechanisms for overcoming them. Developments and conclusions complement the knowledge about the intracommunication system, their features, influencing factors, as well as risks and problem areas, which can form the basis for further research and practical management decisions. The results of the study enable organizations to improve the quality of communicative management. Novelty: solving a scientific problem in the field of sociology of communications - identifying the main characteristics and role of intracommunications in modern organizations. Degree of implementation: the results are implemented in the formation of the communicative strategy of development of modern domestic organizations, some provisions and conclusions of the dissertation are used in the courses "Sociology of Communication", "Sociology of Organizations", "Sociology of Management".
