У дисертації вирішено важливе наукове завдання концептуального іметодологічного обґрунтування стратегії розвитку спортивної індустрії Українив умовах невизначеності.Досліджено результативний, динамічний та процесний підходи дотрактування розвитку соціально-економічної системи. Обґрунтованодоцільність застосування комбінованого підходу до трактування поняття«розвиток», удосконалено класифікацію видів розвитку соціально-економічноїсистеми, яка доповнена ознакою «невизначеність змін», згідно з якою виділенопрогнозований, альтернативний, диференційний та непередбачений розвиток.Розглянуто ресурсний, цільовий, поведінковий та ієрархічний підходи дорозкриття змісту стратегії розвитку соціально-економічної системи. Визначеногрупи принципів, у відповідності до яких розробляється стратегія розвитку.Удосконалено класифікацію видів стратегій розвитку соціально-економічноїсистеми, яка передбачає їх розподіл згідно з видами розвитку за рівняминевизначеності. Побудовано матрицю відповідності змісту стратегії розвиткусоціально-економічної системи певному архетипу стратегії. Сформованоконцепцію стратегії розвитку спортивної індустрії в умовах невизначеності.Розкрито зміст визначення спортивної індустрії, запропоновано структуруспортивної індустрії. Сформовано методичний підхід до оцінки стануспортивної індустрії та розроблено послідовність його оцінювання, згідно зякою проведено аналіз стану спортивної індустрії України. Розробленометодологію оцінювання розвитку спортивної індустрії. Розвинуто методичнийпідхід та удосконалено послідовність оцінювання розвитку спортивноїіндустрії. Обґрунтовано підхід до вибору виду стратегії розвитку спортивноїіндустрії. Доведено доцільність реалізації у розвитку спортивної індустріїстратегії вибіркового впливу.^UIn the dissertation the important scientific task of conceptual andmethodological substantiation of strategy of development of the sports industry ofUkraine in the conditions of uncertainty is solved. Effective, dynamic and processapproaches to the interpretation of the development of the socio-economic system arestudied. The expediency of applying a combined approach to the interpretation of theconcept of "development" is substantiated, the classification of types of developmentof the socio-economic system is improved, which is supplemented by "uncertainty ofchange", according to which predicted, alternative, differential and unforeseendevelopment are defined. Resource, target, behavioral and hierarchical approaches tothe disclosure of the content of the strategy of socio-economic system developmentare considered. Groups of principles in accordance with which the developmentstrategy is developed are defined. The classification of types of strategies for thedevelopment of the socio-economic system has been improved, which provides fortheir distribution according to the types of development according to the levels ofuncertainty. A matrix of correspondence of the content of the strategy of developmentof the socio-economic system to a certain archetype of the strategy is constructed.The concept of strategy of development of the sports industry in the conditions ofuncertainty is formed. The content of the definition of the sports industry is revealed,the structure of the sports industry is offered. The methodical approach to anestimation of a condition of the sports industry is formed and the sequence of itsestimation according to which the analysis of a condition of the sports industry ofUkraine is carried out is developed. A methodology for assessing the development ofthe sports industry has been developed. The methodical approach is developed andthe sequence of estimation of development of the sports industry is improved. Theapproach to the choice of the type of strategy for the development of the sportsindustry is substantiated. The expediency of implementing a strategy of selectiveinfluence for the development of the sports industry is proved.
