Дисертацію присвячено вирішенню актуального наукового завдання щодо поглиблення теоретичних засад і методичних підходів з формування інвестиційних стратегій підприємств на фінансовому ринку та розробки на цій основі практичних рекомендацій щодо їх удосконалення. У роботі приділено увагу теоретико-методичним підходам формування інвестиційних стратегій підприємств, що становить засади формування моделі інвестиційної стратегії, яка орієнтуються на оптимальне поєднання елементів інвестиційних ресурсів. Досліджено еволюцію наукових підходів до визначення поняття «інвестиційна стратегія», запропоновано авторське трактування поняття «стратегії підприємства на фінансовому ринку» та «інвестиційної стратегії на фінансовому ринку».Окреслено методичні та практичні підходи формування інвестиційних стратегій підприємств України. Узагальнено підходи до використання моделей формування інвестиційних стратегій підприємств. Запропоновано модель формування інвестиційної стратегії підприємства на основі паралельного управління портфелем фінансових та реальних активів, яка забезпечить механізм реалізації цілей підприємства.^UThe dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific problem on deepening of theoretical bases and methodical approaches on formation of investment strategies of the enterprises in the financial market and development on this basis of practical recommendations on their improvement.The paper pays attention to the critical analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of investment strategies of enterprises, which is the basis for the formation of a model of investment strategy, which focuses on the optimal combination of elements of investment resources.Based on the genesis of scientific views on the formation of investment strategies of enterprises analyzed, systematized and developed categorical-conceptual apparatus of research, namely: clarified the concept of "enterprise strategy in the financial market" in a narrow and broad sense, the concept of "investment strategy in the financial market" the ability to take into account the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in the financial market and allow to expand the possibilities of managing financial resources.Considerable attention is paid to the choice of sources of investment resources and their features, which further affect the implementation of the strategy of the enterprise. Methodical and practical approaches to the formation of investment strategies of Ukrainian enterprises are outlined.The results of the analysis on the example of 10 enterprises of different sectors of the economy of Ukraine provided opportunities to develop methodological approaches to modeling investment strategies of Ukrainian enterprises, the implementation of which will reduce dependence on external financing through investment portfolio formation, using financial market opportunities through mixed financing. in the financial market. The developed methodological approach provides an opportunity to choose investment instruments in decision-making by the company, to assess the effectiveness of investment portfolio management. The methodical approach to an estimation of investment strategy of the enterprise at parallel management of an investment portfolio and concerning an estimation of financial possibilities of the enterprises is offered.The directions of improvement of the system of formation of investment strategies of the enterprises of Ukraine are formulated. The proposed stages of development of investment strategies of the enterprise in the financial market provide opportunities to form an investment portfolio in the financial market at the expense of the enterprise, which will further release funds that will be used to finance real projects and programs, thus reducing time intervals and reducing the burden on sources of financial resources of the enterprise.The model of estimation of management of an investment portfolio of the enterprise in the financial market is developed. In order to increase funding for the company's activities, a program of parallel portfolio management should be implemented.The study of factors influencing the formation of the investment strategy of the enterprise, using the methods of correlation and regression analysis.The model of formation of investment strategy of the enterprise on the basis of parallel management of a portfolio of financial and real assets which will provide the mechanism of realization of the purposes of the enterprise is offered.
