Об'єкт: процес професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в технічних університетах Німеччини; мета: обґрунтувати організаційно-педагогічні умови використання позитивного досвіду Німеччини в реформуванні сучасної системи професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в Україні на основі цілісного аналізу теоретичного і практичного досвіду професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в технічних університетах Німеччини; методи: теоретичні – метод аналізу і синтезу під час вивчення офіційних документів, навчально-методичної документації, науково-педагогічних джерел, статистичних даних, авторефератів, дисертацій тощо; метод зіставлення для порівняння навчальних планів і програм, різноманітних підходів до вирішення досліджуваної проблеми; метод теоретичного узагальнення, який дав змогу сформулювати та конкретизувати висновки, обґрунтувати рекомендації; емпіричні – особисті бесіди та електронне листування з науково-педагогічними працівниками Технічного університету Берліна; бенчмаркінг – аналіз сайтів технічних університетів Німеччини з метою виявлення позитивного досвіду підготовки фахівців із будівництва; новизна: уперше у вітчизняній педагогіці здійснено комплексне дослідження професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в технічних університетах Німеччини; описано організаційні і правові засади функціонування системи підготовки фахівців із будівництва в Німеччині (паралельне функціонування одноступеневої та двоступеневої моделей; наявність двох типів кваліфікацій: за освітньо-професійними програмами – бакалавр/магістр інженерії, за освітньо-науковими програмами – бакалавр/магістр наук; регулювання системи вищої освіти на рівнях федерації, федеральних земель, закладів вищої освіти та ін.); визначено пріоритетні тенденції професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в технічних університетах Німеччини на сучасному етапі (екологізація та цифровізація інженерної освіти; дуальна форма навчання) та відмінності сучасних німецької і української систем професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців із будівництва; сформульовано організаційно-педагогічні умови використання позитивного досвіду Німеччини в реформуванні сучасної системи професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в Україні; уточнено зміст понять «фахівець із будівництва», «професійна підготовка фахівців із будівництва»; конкретизовано напрями наукових досліджень за темою дисертації (розвиток інженерної освіти в різні історичні періоди, реформування вищої технічної освіти в контексті Болонського процесу, вимоги до професійної підготовки майбутніх інженерів з урахуванням сучасних потреб ринку праці, дидактичні аспекти освітнього процесу в технічних університетах, особливості організації освітнього процесу в технічних вишах Німеччини, неперервна освіта технічної інженерної освіти будівельників у Німеччині); набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення особливостей структури, змісту та методики професійної підготовки фахівців із будівництва в технічних університетах Німеччини: обов'язкове проходження практики на підприємстві перед навчанням на бакалавріаті; змістове наповнення освітньої програми диференційовано на обов'язкові модулі, модулі за обов'язковим вибором, модулі за вибором; обов'язкові освітні компоненти стосуються безпосередньо професійної підготовки; відсутність обов'язкових освітніх компонентів та практичної підготовки в магістратурі; обов'язкова наявність бакалаврських і магістерських випускних робіт; колективна міждисциплінарна робота над проєктами; широкий спектр форм навчальних занять і підсумкового контролю та ін.^UObject: the process of professional training of civil engineering specialists at technical universities in Germany; purpose: to substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions of using Germany's good practices in reforming the modern system of professional training of civil engineering specialists in Ukraine on the basis of the holistic analysis of theoretical and practical experience of professional training of civil engineering specialists at technical universities of Germany; methodology: theoretical – the analysis and synthesis method while studying official documents, educational and methodological documentation, scientific and pedagogical references, statistical data, abstracts, dissertations etc.; comparative method to compare curricula and programs, different approaches to solving the issues under study; the theoretical generalization method, which allowed to formulate and concretize conclusions, substantiate recommendations; empirical – personal conversations and e-mail correspondence with research and teaching staff of the Technical University of Berlin; benchmarking – the analysis of websites of technical universities of Germany in order to identify positive practices in training civil engineering specialists;The scientific novelty: for the first time in the national pedagogy, a comprehensive study of professional training in civil engineering at technical universities of Germany was conducted; the organizational and legal bases of functioning of the system of training specialists in civil engineering in Germany (parallel functioning of one-tier and two-tier models; availability of two types of qualifications: according to educational and professional programs – Bachelor / Master of engineering, according to educational and scientific programs – Bachelor / Master of Sciences; regulation of the higher education system at the levels of the federation, federated states, higher educational institutions, etc.) were described; the priority present-stage tendencies of civil engineering specialist professional training at technical universities of Germany (ecologization and digitization of engineering education; dual form of education) and differences between modern German and Ukrainian systems of training future civil engineering professionals were determined; the organizational and pedagogical conditions of using Germany's positive practices in reforming the modern system of professional training of civil engineering specialists in Ukraine were formulated; the content of the terms 'civil engineering specialist', 'professional training of civil engineering specialists' were clarified; the directions for scientific research on the topic of the thesis (the development of engineering education in different historical periods, reforming higher technical education in the context of the Bologna process, requirements for training future engineers with account for the current needs of the labor market, didactic aspects of the educational process in technical universities, specific features of organizing educational process in technical universities in Germany, continuing education in training civil engineering specialists in Germany) were specified; further development was given to the study of the specific features of the structure, content and methodology of professional training of civil engineering specialists at technical universities of Germany: compulsory internship at the enterprise before staring undergraduate studies; the content of the educational program is differentiated into compulsory modules, modules of compulsory choice, modules of choice; compulsory educational components are directly related to professional training; the absence of compulsory educational components and practical training in the Master's degree curricula; compulsory Bachelor's and Master's theses; the collective interdisciplinary work on projects; a wide range of forms of training and final control etc.

У дисертаційній роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та запропоновано спосіб розв'язання важливої науково-прикладної проблеми, що полягає в розробці концептуальних, теоретико-методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо процесу формування механізму економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі. Здобуті наукові результати сприятимуть підвищенню економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі національної економіки.Розроблено концептуальну модель механізму економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі, що продукує мультикомпонентну систему узгодженості між взаємодіючими елементами та за допомогою структурно-функціонального застосування методів, важелів та інструментів, які характеризуються параметричними й перманентними зв'язками. Сформовано концептуальну основу та підходи щодо процесу формування механізму економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі. Розроблено методичне забезпечення діагностування в межах процедури формування механізму економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі. Удосконалено підходи до моделювання індикаторів оцінки економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі. Запропоновано теоретико-методичні засади системного структурування факторів впливу на економічну безпеку видавничої галузі. Обґрунтовано системну характеристику індикаторів і критеріїв економічної безпеки у видавничій галузі.^UThe dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to an important scientific and applied problem, which consists in the development of conceptual, theoretical and methodological and practical recommendations for the process of forming a mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry. The obtained scientific results will help increase economic security in the publishing industry of the national economy.A conceptual model of the mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry has been developed, which produces a multicomponent system of coordination between interacting elements and through structural and functional application of methods, levers and tools characterized by parametric and permanent links, which will promote the formation and publishing industry, taking into account the influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors. The conceptual basis and approaches to the process of forming the mechanism of economic security in the publishing industry, which are supplemented by theoretical and methodological foundation for the formation of intra-industry policy of regulation and management of economic security in the publishing industry in transformational conditions, taking into account the influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors, which will contribute to the effectiveness of the process of forming a mechanism of economic security of the publishing industry.Methodical support of diagnosing within the procedure of formation of the mechanism of economic safety in the publishing branch is developed. The methodological support takes into account the synthesized elements that focus on the knowledge of financial, economic and social threats in the intra-industry environment in order to identify pathological changes in the publishing industry. Methodological support is based on a model of comprehensive study of constructive or destructive impact of factors on sectoral economic security, which will track their dynamics, the state of intra-industry processes and phenomena in the relationship, give them an objective and unbiased assessment, explore direct and inverse relationships between factors, processes, phenomena and elements that affect the economic security of the publishing industry. Improved approaches to modeling indicators of economic security assessment in the publishing industry, which provide a comprehensive multilateral study of the impact of controlled and uncontrolled factors on the intra-industry environment, processes and conditions of mobilization of innovation and investment sources to increase and improve economic security indicators of the publishing industry, based on the definition of typological features and taking into account intra-industry economic disparities, which will ensure the formation of optimal instrumental support for assessing the mechanism of economic security of the publishing industry under the condition of structural and functional changes in the intra-industry environment. Theoretical and methodological principles of systematic structuring of factors influencing the economic security of the publishing industry are proposed, which take into account the compositional features and properties of permanent and variable factors and focus on the process of providing dynamic decomposition of targets, in order to timely identify and neutralize dangerous phenomena for constant monitoring and control of destabilizing factors, taking into account their impact on economic security. The system characteristic of indicators and criteria of economic security in the publishing industry is substantiated.

У дисертації встановлена індивідуальна та вікова анатомічна мінливість кровоносних судин і нервів передньої стегнової ділянки у плодовому періоді онтогенезу людини.^UThe dissertation work is devoted to researching fetal topography of muscles, wide fascia as well as vascular and nervous formations of the anterior femoral region of the human body. The dissertation established individual and age-related anatomical variability of blood vessels and nerves of the anterior femoral region in the fetal period of human ontogenesis.
